All orders placed on our website are sent from our US-based warehouse. We offer free shipping within the US for all orders over $49. All orders placed before 1 pm PST time are processed the same business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

If you are located outside of the US, we offer flat rate shipping of $24 for orders under $90, $40 for orders under $135, $55 for orders under $187 and $75 for orders $187 and up.

All international orders are sent via USPS and then passed onto your local postal service once the order arrives in your country. Delivery times can vary between 7-21 business days depending on the country. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

All orders placed before 1 pm PST are dispatched the same business day. Please note, during sale periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. MERGE4 is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@merge4.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
